ABOUT US

Joe Holliday Construction is a Certified Building Contractor and Project Management Company, whose founder and owner has nearly 30 years of construction experience and a solid reputation for quality, service and integrity. Joe Holliday Construction is a family-owned and operated business serving Bay, Walton, Gulf, Washington, Holmes and Calhoun Counties.  Our primary areas of expertise range from new custom homes, remodels, additions, repairs and an expanding market in commercial construction.

Joe not only oversees the daily operations of the business, but unlike many Contractors, he is a "hands on" craftsman.  Joe has a special talent for virtually every facet of the home building industry from the structural integrity of your home to the beautiful architectural accents that surround your fireplace. One of his top priorities is to listen to our clients' wants and needs, which ultimately helps bring our customer's vision to life.  His professional versatility ensures that your home is built with the attention and quality that it deserves. Nearly all of Joe's clients are through referrals, which is a true testament of Joe Holliday's caliber as a Building Contractor.  Joe has a proven reputation of successfully completing projects on time, within budget, in accordance with building codes, and with high quality craftsmanship.

Joe has been an active member of the Bay County Home Builder's Association for over 15 years. Over the years, he has served on the local Board of Directors, as first Vice President, 2005 President and most recently served on the Board as Treasurer. In 2004, Joe served as Chairman of the "Parade of Homes", as well as, the builder responsible for building the "Display Home." He personally used his own construction talents to enhance the profit of the home, making it one of the most successful ever Display Homes.  A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the home, went towards local charities, as well as, $10,000 in scholarships to deserving Bay County students.

Along with Joe Holliday Construction, Joe had a successful partnership for over 15 years with Ron Putman. Together, as "Ron Putman/Joe Holliday Construction,"  they built numerous homes in Bay, Walton, Holmes and Washington Counties ranging from $150,000 to over $2,000,000.
